Last updated: 14 July 2025
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Site Pulse for any services. By submitting an enquiry, signing a proposal or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Site Pulse ("we", "our", "the Agency") is a digital agency providing website design, development and sales/booking automation services. We operate primarily online and serve clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and international markets.

2. Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Landing page design and development
- Website redesign and optimisation
- Sales and booking automation (n8n workflows, WhatsApp/Telegram integrations)
- SEO set-up and performance optimisation
- Ongoing website care and maintenance
The precise scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed between both parties before work begins.
3. Proposals and Agreements
All work begins upon acceptance of a written proposal and receipt of any required deposit. Proposals are valid for 14 days from issue. Acceptance may be indicated by written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each individual proposal. Typical arrangements include:
- A deposit (typically 50%) paid prior to commencement of work.
- The balance due upon project completion and delivery, before the final website is transferred or published to the client's domain.
We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work if payments are overdue. Quotes and fees are in the currency stated in the proposal.
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to complete your project on time, you agree to:
- Provide all required content (text, images, logos, brand guidelines) within the timescales agreed in the proposal.
- Respond to review requests and provide feedback within a reasonable period (typically 3 business days).
- Ensure you have the right to use all materials provided to us (images, text, trademarks, etc.).
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements.
Delays caused by late provision of content or feedback may affect the delivery timeline and may incur additional charges.
6. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Revisions requested after the agreed rounds, or changes to the scope of work, may be quoted and charged separately.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered website files and custom design assets created specifically for their project.
We retain the right to:
- Display the completed project in our portfolio (including on this website and in marketing materials).
- Use the project as a case study, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Third-party components (fonts, stock images, plugins, frameworks) remain subject to their respective licences, which are the client's responsibility to maintain after handover.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Where we integrate third-party services (hosting platforms, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, n8n, payment gateways, booking systems, etc.), these services are subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy changes by third-party providers.
9. Hosting and Domain Names
Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for arranging and paying for their own hosting and domain name. We are happy to advise on suitable options. Handover of the completed website includes all files necessary to host the site independently.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client lists and proprietary processes.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that:
- The work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care.
- The delivered website will function as described in the agreed proposal at the time of delivery.
We do not warrant that:
- The website will achieve specific business outcomes, rankings or conversion rates.
- The website will be entirely free from bugs after all agreed testing has been completed (minor issues discovered after launch will be addressed at no charge for 30 days).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Site Pulse's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
If a client wishes to cancel a project:
- Before work has begun: the deposit will be refunded in full.
- After work has begun: a fair cancellation fee will be charged based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The deposit may be retained in full if significant work has been undertaken.
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if a client repeatedly fails to meet their responsibilities as set out in Section 5, without prejudice to our right to payment for work completed.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction agreed in any individual contract. In the absence of a specific agreement, disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The current version will always be available at this URL. The terms in force at the time a project proposal is accepted govern that engagement.
